A CoRe Outplacement ®
Our commitments to our clients and to the persons supported
What is an individual outplacement?
It is the customised support provided to a candidate looking for a new occupation by putting at his disposal the necessary logistics and educational tools. There are several such tools: skills and personality assessment, project preparation and approval, development of communication tools, definition of a market approach strategy, construction and implementation of business development initiatives, selection and negotiation.
This support optimises the candidate's chances of repositioning himself for an occupation that suits him and speeds up the process of finding the solution that meets his search. It is also an opportunity for the candidate to carry out a deep thinking in order to promote his personal and professional development so that he becomes more involved in furthering his career.
What does the initiative consist of?
Based on the provision of personalised support to the candidate by a consultant ("coach"), an outplacement service hinges on key steps:
- The inventory (assess his knowledge, know-how, indentify his functioning modes, his personal and professional ambitions or motivations)
- The professional project (develop and formalise one or several projects as per his motivations and opportunities available in the labour market)
- The action plan (develop communication tools and a search strategy by identifying relevant targets and various approach methods)
- The search campaign (get informed, communicate, present arguments, convince)
- Integration into the new occupation
What benefits can one expect?
The advantage of an outplacement service is two-fold. Firstly, it significantly shortens the duration of a job search, and secondly, it is an opportunity to carry out a deep thinking about one’s professional positioning over the medium term and to adopt an efficient career management method.
How much does the service cost and who pays for it?
The professional fees for an outplacement firm are always at a fixed rate and are calculated on an individual basis, to which logistics charges are added: availability of an office, IT equipment, documentation, assessment cost, etc.).
The invoice for professional fees is always sent to the company offering the outplacement service to its employees. The applicant has nothing to pay.
What is the difference between a recruitment follow-up service and an outplacement follow-up service?
The objective of recruitment follow-up is to select the profiles of applicants suitable for a specific job at the request of a company.
The objective of an outplacement follow-up is to support an individual in designing a professional project that is in line with his aspirations and with the labour market and that facilitates his integration into a new job.
Why is outplacement necessarily tailor-made and personal?
Outplacement promotes a qualitative approach to the labour market. It is not about finding a job at any cost.
With the help of a consultant, the candidate targets a job that meets his expectations and his professional abilities, i.e. by taking into account the company's situation, its needs, the function, responsibilities, development prospects and of course, the proposed package.
Therefore, even in a developing industry, outplacement provides a real choice and quality professional thinking.
